About Us
Welcome to Rogers!
A National Historic Landmark and Architecture Digest’s choice of the Most Beautiful School in Oklahoma, a visit to Will Rogers College High School is akin to a visit to one of Europe’s greatest architectural wonders. Housed in a majestic school building, our school offers endless possibilities for academically motivated students. We focus not only on helping students get into college but also preparing them to successfully graduate with a degree.
Application Process
Rogers is a magnet school. All students at Will Rogers must apply to be accepted to grade 6 (and grade 7 or 8 if they didn't attend Rogers the previous year) and then again apply in grade 8 (semester 2) to be accepted to grade 9. Good grades and an above-average reading score are considered. Learn more about the application process for magnets here.
Early College High School
Students in the Early College High School program at Will Rogers College High School can earn a college degree free of charge from Tulsa Community College while in high school.
The Early College High School program provides high school students with the support they need to succeed in college with extra tutoring, monthly events with your classmates, study sessions, access to college facilities, and more. Click here to learn more.
College and Career Ready
Middle school students have the opportunity to take several classes in grade 8 for high school credit. They are also enrolled in a specialized class focused on helping them cultivate the self-regulatory skills necessary for college and career success. Our junior and senior students have an opportunity to take college classes while still in high school. These students have acquired almost half of the nearly 8,000 college credits earned by Tulsa Public Schools students.
Extra Curricular Opportunities
In addition to academics, Rogers students participate in a wide range of performing arts opportunities, including instrumental, vocal, and visual classes. Our athletes and music students have a new athletic stadium that allows us to host football, soccer, track, and band competitions. Students can also participate in various co-curricular programs such as student council, esports, and speech and debate. Additionally, AfterOpp and Tulsa Debate League have partnered with Rogers to provide students with numerous after school activities at no cost to their families. Our 21st Century Grant partner also provides our students with numerous opportunities to be engaged in after-school activities at no cost to their families.
Secondary Dual Language Program
At Rogers, we celebrate diversity and value multiple languages. We house the only secondary dual language program in the Tulsa Public Schools district, allowing elementary dual language students a place to continue receiving instruction in both Spanish and English language arts, as well as instruction in full Spanish in one or more content areas.
Vision
At Will Rogers College Middle and High School, our vision is to be a leader in providing early college coursework and extensive postsecondary opportunities that are integral to every student's high school experience. We strive to create a joyful environment that nurtures personal growth, strong relationships, and community involvement, shaping future leaders who value lifelong learning.
Mission
The mission of Will Rogers College Middle & High School is to provide a comprehensive pathway to postsecondary opportunities that begins in middle school, and emphasizes goal setting, academic achievement, and postsecondary opportunities. In middle school, our students gain early access to high school credit classes, ensuring personal and academic growth by addressing any learning gaps, and providing opportunities for all students. Our high school pathway offers early access to postsecondary opportunities, including internships, AP courses, college visits, and concurrent enrollment in Tulsa Community College (TCC), Tulsa Tech, and TU Cybersecurity. We emphasize the importance of GPA, building relationships, goal setting, and college and career opportunities through specific College Summit and Bridge curriculums. We collaborate with families, community partners, and our foundation to provide essential resources and instruction that will enable students to demonstrate their learning through standardized tests, enabling our students to create pathways for college and career readiness.

Cybersecurity program
We have partnered with the University of Tulsa to establish a Cybersecurity Career and Technology Education (CTE) program at Rogers. Our students can prepare for careers in cybersecurity by taking entry-level courses and exploring the field of cybersecurity while still in high school.
